When chaos finally erupts in the island commune, director Gareth Edwards’ ( The Raid, The Raid 2) eye for action creates some well-choreographed struggles rife with the tension of lethal consequence. He postures as one of the community, observing their peculiar traditions, rituals, and hardships, all while attempting to learn anything about his missing sibling.
